The Howlin Mad Detachment By-Laws were recently submitted to the Department of Indiana, Marine Corps League for review. Upon review, the Department Judge Advocate notified Howlin Mad of corrections that needed to be made in order for the detachment's by-laws to be recognized at the Department and National levels.
Below, the proposed corrections to our by-laws, as well as a copy of the by-laws with the proposed corrections for 2008 are available for download.
