These by-laws are vital to the fair and ethical operation of Howlin Mad Detachment.
In 2007, Howlin Mad Detachment By-Laws were recovered and updated to reflect the current needs of the detachment.
At
the beginning of 2008, Howlin Mad Detachment's By-Laws were submitted
to the Department of Indiana, Marine Corps League for review. Upon
review, the Department Judge Advocate notified Howlin Mad Detachment of
corrections that needed to be made in order for the detachment's
by-laws to be recognized at the Department and National levels.
Howlin
Mad Detachment's adjutant and member of the 2007 By-Laws Committee,
Brian Fesko, ensured that corrections were made to the by-laws so they
meet the requirements of Department and National levels of the Marine
Corps League.
